You will build APIs, service integrations, data processing capabilities, and scalable application components using Azure, .NET, and modern engineering practices. \nThis opportunity requires strong software engineering fundamentals, creative problem solving, and the ability to build high-quality services that are secure, observable, reliable, and maintainable at scale. \n What You’ll Do \nDesign, develop, test, and maintain backend services using C#, .NET, and modern cloud-native architectures. \nBuild RESTful APIs, service integrations, background workers, and data processing components. \nDevelop services that run on Microsoft Azure. \nCollaborate with product managers, architects, security teams, and other engineers to deliver reliable platform capabilities. \nWrite clean, maintainable, well-tested code with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability. \nParticipate in design reviews, code reviews, debugging, and production issue resolution. \nBuild secure services that follow engineering best practices for authentication, authorization, data protection, and compliance. \nContribute to observability through structured logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting for backend services. \nSupport deployment and operational readiness of services using CI/CD pipelines and automated validation. \nLearn and apply domain knowledge related to healthcare data, distributed systems, and large-scale cloud platforms. \nKey Qualifications \nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. \n2+ years of experience developing backend services, APIs, or cloud-based applications. \nHands-on programming experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core. \nExperience designing and building REST APIs, microservices, or distributed backend systems. \nFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native application development. \nExperience working with relational or NoSQL databases. \nUnderstanding of software engineering practices including unit testing, code reviews, debugging, source control, and CI/CD. \nBasic understanding of security concepts such as authentication, authorization, secrets management, and secure API design. \nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving engineering environment. \nEffective communication and collaboration skills. \nPreferred Qualification \nHands-on experience with Azure services. \nExperience building scalable services using ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, or similar frameworks. \nExperience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, queues, messaging, or data pipelines. \nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized application deployment. \nExperience with observability tools and practices, including logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting. \nExperience working with healthcare, data platforms, analytics platforms, or regulated environments. \nInterest in building reliable software that improves healthcare outcomes and helps save lives with
