Candidates with a proven track record of executing production processes will be considered. The scope of the work will include, but is not limited to, hands-on tasks associated with operation of production processing equipment, assembling components, maintaining production records, and other tasks associated with manufacturing Truvian’s consumables. This individual must be capable of reading and/or hearing and understanding detailed instructions, to perform accurate, repeatable production process steps. This will require:\nPrepare and assemble materials. Build product subassemblies or final assemblies\nTest products or subassemblies for functionality or quality. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications\nSet up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures\nMeasure and record data associated with operating equipment. Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity\nProvide production, progress, or changeover feedback to shift supervisors\nClean production equipment or work areas\nSeparate scrap or waste materials for recycling, reuse, or environmentally sound disposal. Transfer hazardous or non-hazardous waste materials to collection areas for disposal, recycling, or reuse\nOther duties to be assigned\nWHAT YOU WILL BRING:The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in:\nHigh School Diploma \nA minimum of 1 year of cGMP, ISO 13485 industry experience.\nAbility to check for defects and identify and distinguish between colors\nAbility to read and carefully follow instructions written in English\nExperience in a start-up and/or pilot production environment\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills\nBasic Computer Skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
