In this client-facing role, you will be the key in translating business objectives into innovative technical solutions. Your deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations will drive success for our clients, ensuring seamless integration and superior outcomes.\nWhat you will do\nAct as a trusted advisor to clients regarding our commerce solution architecture and best practices.\n\nFacilitate workshops with customers and ERP partners to identify business needs and align on solution strategies.\n\nPresent solutions clearly and compellingly to both business and technical stakeholders.\n\nCreate and maintain documentation on solution architecture. Support pre-sales activities by providing insightful, business-focused solutions and estimates.\n\nLead AI implementation across our delivery processes to enhance solution effectiveness.\n\nCollaborate closely with project managers and development teams to ensure alignment and viability of solutions and successful project delivery.\n\nDefine, estimate scope and document solution architecture aligning with both business requirements and technical feasibility as part of the project team delivering client implementations.\n\nCoordinate with ERP partners for coherent and integrated solutions, particularly those involving Dynamics 365 F&O.\n\nStay current on ecommerce trends, platform capabilities, and Dynamics 365 F&O integration patterns.\n\nYour background\nExperience and qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\n5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar advisory role in ecommerce or related sectors.\n\nProven expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including architecture and integration.\n\nStrong understanding of ecommerce platforms and best practices in relation to ERP systems.\n\nExperience in leading workshops and facilitating discussions with both business and technical stakeholders.\n\nSkills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on customer business needs.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of building trust.\n\nKeen attention to detail and a structured approach to solution design.\n\nAbility to navigate complex project environments and manage multiple priorities.\n\nStrong understanding of AI technologies and their practical application, with the ability to identify opportunities to leverage AI in business and technical solutions.\n\nPersonal attributes\nYou are proactive, curious, and comfortable taking ownership of your projects.\n\nYou are service-oriented and build trust through professional communication.\n\nYou thrive on collaboration, creating strong working relationships across teams.\n\nYou maintain your composure and structure while managing shifting priorities or tight deadlines.\n\nYou are motivated by continuous improvement and innovative processes.\n\nYou cultivate a positive mindset and enjoy celebrating success with your team.\n\nWho You Are\nYou are passionate about understanding customer businesses and creating solutions that meet their needs.
