You thrive in ambiguity, figure things out, and ship\n\nApplied AI: Hands-on experience with LLMs and agents - building, fine-tuning, or deploying them in production\n\nSystems Thinker: Comfortable with integrations, APIs, and workflow automation. Insurance runs on legacy rails - you will help us rewire them\n\nScrappy Engineer: Strong software engineering background.
