As the first dedicated Growth PM, you’ll architect the product-led growth (PLG) engine that turns first-time users into power-users and paying champions.\nResponsibilities\nData-Driven Strategy\nLeverage product and behavioral analytics to continuously refine the new-user experience (NUX), onboarding flows, and activation milestones.\n\nDefine success metrics for each funnel stage and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative insights.\n\nBuilding Growth Features\nOwn the end-to-end delivery of product features that drive activation, retention, and organic network effects.\n\nUser Behavior Analysis\nConduct cohort analyses, segmentation studies, and drop-off investigations to surface friction points and high-leverage growth levers.\n\nTranslate qualitative feedback (surveys, session recordings) into actionable product improvements.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Engineering and Design to scope and ship growth experiments with rigorous tracking.\n\nAlign with Marketing on landing page copy, paid acquisition tests, and email nurture campaigns.\n\nWork with Customer Success to identify power-user behaviors and referral opportunities.\n\nRoadmap & Prioritization\nRank growth opportunities by potential impact vs. effort.\n\nBalance short-term lift experiments with longer-term platform enhancements\n\nQualifications\nHave 4+ years in growth, product, or founder-like roles at a PLG SaaS or consumer tech company.\n\nLove zero-to-one problem-solving, move fast with high agency, and “disagree & commit” to unblock the team.\n\nProven track record of running high-velocity growth experiments and driving measurable lift in SaaS metrics.\n\nStrong analytical skills: proficient with product analytics tools.\n\nDeep understanding of funnel metrics and PLG best practices.\n\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear hypotheses, share learnings, and influence stakeholders.\n\nExperience in gaming or high-growth consumer applications is strongly preferred.\n\nStrong understanding of user funnels, gamified product experiences, and data-driven growth.\n\nHow we work\nHigh Agency: See a gap, fill it.\n\nRadical Candor: Clear, kind feedback; zero politics.\n\nUser Obsession: Every click should make creatives faster and smarter.\n\nCraft & Detail: We sweat the small stuff-because ad performance lives there.\n\nWhat We Offer\nSalary: $100k - $150k USD + meaningful equity.\n\nComprehensive health, dental, vision.\n\nUnlimited PTO with a genuine “take-time-off” culture.\n\nWork with and learn from world-class growth mentors: Gaurav Vohra (Growth Leader, Superhuman and former marketing leader at ClickUp\n\nDiversity & inclusion\nAtria’s mission thrives on diverse perspectives.
