We're looking for someone who can\nindependently own complex projects end-to-end, deeply understand user needs and product goals, and ship frontend systems that meaningfully advance product quality, user\nexperience, and business outcomes.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild and own high-quality frontend experiences for Atria's AI Agent product, which demands relatively complex and forward-looking performance optimization and interaction design\n\nTranslate ambiguous product intent, AI capabilities, and product logic into clear interaction models and implementation plans\n\nDrive end-to-end delivery from requirement clarification and solution design to implementation, launch, and iteration\n\nUse AI-native development workflows to accelerate iteration and tackle complex problems\n\nOperate with high ownership and independently carry complex, ambiguous projects through to delivery\n\nWhat we're looking for\nStrong proficiency with Next.js, React, and TypeScript - our core stack, with high fluency expected\n\nSolid experience with B2B frontend performance optimization, ideally on data-heavy or AI-driven products\n\nProven ability to leverage AI to solve complex problems and independently own entire projects\n\nStrong product sense: not just executing tickets, but identifying problems, filling in gaps, and helping drive decisions\n\nGood taste in interaction and product experience;
