working closely with the Director of Growth Marketing, creative studio team, and creators to build and scale what works.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCreative Strategy & Testing\nOwn the creative testing roadmap across Meta, TikTok, CTV, and YouTube\nDevelop hypotheses and structure tests across hooks, formats, narratives, and creative angles\nTranslate performance data into actionable creative briefs for internal teams and creators\nIdentify winning patterns and build frameworks for scaling proven concepts\nStay ahead of platform trends, ad formats, and creative benchmarks\nCreator & UGC Content\nBrief, select and guide creators on performance-first content - hooks, pacing, CTAs, messaging\nReview creator deliverables through a performance lens before they go live\nBuild and maintain a library of winning creative frameworks by creator type, platform, and audience\nPartner with the Growth Manager to analyze creator performance and identify what scales\nCross-Functional Creative Operations\nServe as the connective tissue between growth and brand - ensuring creative output is both on-brand and built to perform\nWork with creative studio to manage production timelines and ensure assets are ready to test\nWork with video editors and designers to iterate quickly on top performers\nMaintain a living creative learnings doc that informs future strategy\nAnalytics & Insights\nAnalyze creative performance at the hook, format, and narrative level\nPull and synthesize data from Meta, TikTok, and YouTube to surface what’s working\nBuild and maintain a creative scorecard to track performance across active tests\nPresent findings and recommendations in clear, actionable formats\nRequirements\nWhat You Bring\n2-4 years of experience in performance creative, creative strategy, or paid social - ideally at a DTC brand or agency\nDemonstrated ability to write and brief high-performing ad creative\nStrong analytical instincts - you can read a creative report and know what to do next\nExperience working with UGC creators and/or influencer-led content\nDeep familiarity with Meta and TikTok ad formats, creative best practices, and platform nuances\nStrong written communication -
