We want someone who has built stablecoin or crypto payment products at a stablecoin issuer, crypto exchange, cross-border payment platform, or fintech building on blockchain rails.\nLocation: This role is based out of Argentina, and is a full-time remote position. #LI-REMOTE\nWhat You'll Do\nStablecoin Product Strategy\nOwn the stablecoin product roadmap: which rails to build on, which stablecoins to support, and how they integrate into payments and treasury workflows\n\nBuild institutional-grade infrastructure that abstracts blockchain complexity while preserving speed and cost advantages for end users\n\nDrive the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, collaborating with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and commercial teams\n\nCross-Border Payments & Treasury\nBuild products that let businesses send, receive, convert, and hold stablecoins alongside fiat across USD, EUR, BRL, MXN, and local currency corridors\n\nDesign seamless on/off-ramp flows that feel as simple as traditional banking, even for users who have never touched crypto\n\nEnsure interoperability with fiat rails (ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, SPEI) so stablecoins become a natural extension of existing payment infrastructure\n\nCompliance, Risk & Custody\nNavigate US state licensing, MiCA, and LatAm crypto regulations to ship compliant products in every market we serve\n\nEmbed AML/KYC, Travel Rule, and transaction monitoring requirements into the product from day one\n\nEvaluate wallet infrastructure, custodians, and key management solutions that meet institutional-grade security standards\n\nPartnerships & Go-to-Market\nEvaluate and manage partnerships with stablecoin issuers, liquidity providers, custodians, and banking partners\n\nEnable Sales and Customer Success to position stablecoin products and close deals with CFOs and treasury teams\n\nShip, measure, and iterate-track adoption metrics and ruthlessly prioritize based on data and business impact\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\nRequired\n4+ years in product management at a stablecoin infrastructure provider, crypto exchange, cross-border payments company, or fintech building on blockchain rails\n\nDeep stablecoin expertise: issuance and redemption mechanics, reserve models, on-chain settlement, ecosystem dynamics, and how stablecoins interact with treasury flows and FX\n\nStrong understanding of fiat rails: ACH, wires, RTP, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, SPEI-and how reconciliation, settlement timing, and fiat conversions work alongside stablecoin flows\n\nBlockchain infrastructure literacy: EVM chains, Solana, Layer 2s, wallet architecture, key management, and custody. Able to converse with engineers on API docs and system design\n\nRegulatory fluency: AML/KYC frameworks, Travel Rule, MiCA, US state-by-state licensing, and how compliance requirements vary by jurisdiction\n\nAnalytical rigor: comfortable with SQL, dashboards, and building data-driven business cases\n\nExceptional communication: can write strategy memos and product specs that align cross-functional stakeholders\n\nStrongly Preferred\nTrack record of owning complex, regulated financial products from concept through production at scale\n\nRelationships in the stablecoin ecosystem-issuers, custodians, liquidity providers, or regulators\n\nExperience with multi-market products serving LatAm, US, and/or European customers\n\nFamiliarity with developer platforms, API design, and ecosystem-driven products\n\nBackground in traditional payments or banking\n\nWhy This Role Matters:\nCross-border payments move $150+ trillion annually through slow, expensive, opaque systems.
