(Azure preferred)\nStrong Software Engineering practices: git flow, CI/CD, pull request reviews, IaC, DevOps mindset\nExperience designing governed data access for AI / LLM use cases (MCP, RAG, vector search)\nWorking knowledge of data privacy and governance (PII handling, anonymization, access control)\nAbility to write design documents, weigh trade-offs, and align architectural decisions across teams\nDaily use of AI tools to accelerate engineering work\nAdvanced English, written and verbal\nNice to have\nBackground in consulting, professional services, or research-driven environments\nCost modeling, capacity planning, or business case development for technology investments\nExperience building Databricks apps or internal tools for non-technical users\nComputer science, software engineering, or related
