# Tech Lead / Data Architect

You’ll work at a global consulting firm, leading the technical direction of its enterprise data platform on Databricks alongside product, business, legal, and engineering teams. About the role You’ll own the architecture of a platform that holds firm knowledge and engagement data, governs how it is anonymized and shared, and serves it to consultants, internal platforms, and AI agents through MCP, APIs, and UI components. You’ll lead the data engineering team, set engineering standards, and turn business priorities into a credible technical plan, while staying hands-on writing, reviewing, and shipping code. The focus is on data architecture, governance and privacy, AI-ready data serving, and building a strong engineering team.
