From building displays to supporting deliveries and merchandising product, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional retail experiences for consumers across North Carolina.\nDuties and responsibilities\nProvide excellent customer service to all assigned accounts\nStock, merchandise, and rotate product on various displays and shelves according to industry standards\nDrive assigned routes or ride along with delivery drivers on major deliveries\nAssist delivery drivers by unloading products, checking in, and stocking orders\nWork orders in retail outlets that have been delivered and checked in\nBuild displays as required\nReport daily activities within assigned territory\nCollect on Open AR aging invoices\nMake deliveries to assist drivers on the heaviest routes\nQualifications\nREQUIRED\nMust be 18 years of age or older\nValid driver’s license with a clean driving record\nAbility to safely lift, carry, and maneuver up to 175 lbs. \nAbility to use mobile Proof of Delivery (POD) device\nExcellent customer service skills\nMust be a team player and work well with minimum supervision\nKnowledge of safe work practices\nAbility to drive throughout assigned route in all kinds of weather and road conditions\nAbility to work within tight time constraints in a fast-paced environment\nPREFERRED\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent\nOne year of experience in a service-oriented or customer-facing position\nAbility to work flexible hours\nPrevious box truck experience\nExperience with material handling equipment (i.e. hand truck, dolly, pallet jack)\nWorking conditions\nYou will perform work in these areas:\nWarehouse dock\nCustomer locations\nIn Company Provided Vehicle\nEmployees must be able to work in changing weather conditions and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all environments.
