Night shift team members play a critical role in preparing routes for the next day’s deliveries and supporting overall warehouse excellence.\nABOUT THE ROLE:\n\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nMove product between shelving, pallet jacks, and staging areas safely and efficiently.\nLoad, unload, and place product on the automatic conveyor belt system to support order fulfillment and truck loading.\nOrganize and straighten products in shelf or bin locations to maintain warehouse accuracy and cleanliness.\nAccurately pick orders based on established standards and ensure products are staged for the correct delivery routes.\nFollow written and verbal instructions related to order selection, labeling, and shipment preparation.\nMaintain situational awareness of potential safety hazards, including moving forklifts and powered equipment, and follow all safety protocols.\nOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other power equipment as needed.\nPerform additional warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operational efficiency.\nQualifications\nREQUIRED\nAbility to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 175 lbs safely\nTeam-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision\nWorking knowledge of safe work practices and warehouse safety procedures\nComfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and weather conditions\nAbility to work the assigned night shift and adjust to changing priorities as needed\nWillingness to work overtime or extended hours based on operational needs\nAbility to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines\nPREFERRED\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent\nPrevious experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment\nPrior experience or certification with operating powered equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or reach trucks\nFamiliarity with order-picking systems or conveyor operations is a plus\nWorking conditions\nThe employee will primarily perform work in a warehouse environment, involving frequent standing, walking, lifting, and operating material-handling equipment.
