We show up for each other and we know that through teamwork we achieve greatness.\nChampion change - We know adaptation and improvement are requirements to survive and to thrive.\nEnjoy the journey - We create an environment where our team feels appreciated and has fun along the way\nIn this role you will:\n· Maintain and update the material/parts label database, ensuring part numbers, descriptions, storage locations, and other required information are accurate.\n· Work directly with the Materials Project Manager.\n· Create standardized labels for material storage locations, including pallet racking, shelving, bins, cubbies, point-of-use locations, and other designated storage areas.\n· Print, cut, and laminate labels as required.\n· Physically install and adhere labels to the correct material storage locations throughout the facility.\n· Verify that the physical label, material, part number, and assigned storage location match before completing installation.\n· Document newly created labels and maintain records of where each label has been installed.\n· Track completed, outstanding, damaged, missing, and replacement labels.\n· Perform routine audits of labeled material locations and correct any discrepancies.\n· Replace damaged, outdated, illegible, or incorrect labels.\n· Other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\n· High school diploma or equivalent required.\n· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.\n· Experience with data entry, recordkeeping, or database maintenance is preferred.\n· Ability to read and accurately verify part numbers, material descriptions, and storage locations.\n· Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility while installing and auditing labels.\nSkills:\n· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.\n· Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.\n· Strong organization and recordkeeping skills.\n· Ability to manage multiple labeling tasks and track their completion status.\n· Effective communication skills and the ability to work with project and materials teams.\n· Ability to use printers, cutters, laminators, and basic label installation tools.\n· Ability to identify discrepancies and follow through with corrections.\nTrystar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
