Working from electrical drawings, schematics, one-line diagrams, bills of materials, specifications, and standard work instructions, this role performs electrical installation and verification with limited guidance, supports equipment testing and startup, and promptly escalates discrepancies, defects, material issues, and safety concerns. The Electrician maintains a safe, organized work area and follows all PPE, lockout/tagout, quality, standard work, and 5S requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nIn this role, you will:\nInstall and assemble electrical systems and components according to drawings, specifications, and standard work with limited guidance.\nRead and interpret basic electrical prints, schematics, wiring diagrams, equipment layouts, and bills of materials with limited guidance; continue developing proficiency with one-line diagrams and more complex drawings.\nInstall conduit and cable tray, pull wire, route and label cables, and secure conductors with guidance as needed.\nPrepare conductors and complete basic terminations using approved methods and torque requirements.\nPerform continuity checks, visual inspections, and basic electrical verification before QA/QC review.\nSafely use hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and basic electrical test equipment appropriate to assigned work.\nSupport equipment wiring, testing, and startup activities under direction.\nRecognize and escalate unclear drawings, wiring errors, missing materials, defects, and safety concerns.\nMaintain tools, consumable materials, and clean work areas.\nFollow all safety standards, PPE requirements, lockout/tagout procedures, quality expectations, and standard work.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nTechnical or trade school electrical training, electrical apprenticeship training, or at least 1 year of relevant industrial electrical experience.\nBasic knowledge of electrical theory, AC/DC circuits, electrical components, conductor identification, and safe electrical work practices.\nAbility to read and interpret basic electrical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment layouts with limited guidance.\nAbility to follow one-line diagrams and bills of materials with guidance.\nAbility to safely use hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and basic electrical test equipment appropriate to assigned work.\nAbility to recognize and escalate drawing discrepancies, wiring errors, unsafe conditions, and material issues.\nAbility to work with others in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States.\nIndustrial equipment wiring or power equipment manufacturing experience preferred.\nWillingness to continue developing electrical troubleshooting and drawing interpretation skills.\nMust follow all Trystar safety policies, PPE requirements, lockout/tagout requirements, and site procedures.\nMust maintain a clean and organized work area and support 5S expectations.\nMust report safety concerns, quality issues, equipment concerns, and material discrepancies promptly.\nPosition may require standing for long periods, bending, reaching, lifting, climbing, and working around manufacturing equipment.\nSkills:\nElectrical assembly, installation, and equipment wiring\nReading electrical prints, schematics, wiring diagrams, one-line diagrams, equipment layouts, and bills of materials\nConduit and cable tray installation;
