This position plays a critical role in achieving our strategic objectives. We show up for each other and we know that through teamwork we achieve greatness.\nChampion change - We know adaptation and improvement are requirements to survive and to thrive.\nEnjoy the journey - We create an environment where our team feels appreciated and has fun along the way.\nIn this role you will get to:\nUnderstand the job orders and interact with Epicor.\nRead, comprehend, and execute processes and procedures according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) which are necessary to properly operate the equipment and manufacture the product. \nMust understand, complete, and maintain all required paperwork necessary in the operation including entering paperwork into Epicor. This also includes daily production reports, tally sheets, scrap reports, etc.\nMaintain and operate hand tools and power tools.\nPerform required quality control checks and inspections to assure the product being manufactured is meeting required specifications.\nPerform other projects and duties as assigned.\nJob Requirements\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school diploma \n2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment\nAbility to read instructions, safely operate machines and visually inspect parts produced.\nAccuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments is a must.\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis.\nFrequent lifting, standing, bending & reaching required.\nAble to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.\nMust adhere to all the PPE requirements to perform the job safely, this includes but is not limited to, Eye, Hand, Feet, and Hearing protection.\nADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS\nTechnical secondary education is preferred. \nHave basic computer skills and accurate data entry experience for receiving and issuing products.\nPerform simple mathematics to comprehend and interpret process sheets, SOP manuals, tally sheets, etc. and to keep accurate account of materials used during manufacturing process including scrap amounts.\nBasic understanding of blueprints, mechanical assembly, and electrical assembly.\nGood hand dexterity and grip strength. \nExperience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams preferred.\nProficient use of hand and power tools required. \nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.\nAnalytical thinker with proven problem-solving ability.\nWell organized, detail-oriented, with ability to multi-task.\nSelf-motivated, takes initiative, drives closure on open issues with minimal supervision.\nHigh personal integrity and ethics with uncompromising standards.\nBenefits:\n401 (k) with company match\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nDisability Insurance\nPTO\nSick Time\nEmployee Appreciation Time\nPaid Holidays\nTrystar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
