This position plays a critical role in achieving our strategic objectives. We show up for each other and we know that through teamwork we achieve greatness.\nChampion change - We know adaptation and improvement are requirements to survive and to thrive.\nEnjoy the journey - We create an environment where our team feels appreciated and has fun along the way.\nJob Responsibilities:\nAbility to build assemblies to print, including laying out and physically mounting devices to assemblies, wiring to print and OHM testing panels to ensure that it is built according to print. Must be able to interpret electrical schematics with the assistance of electricians. \nRead, understand, and utilize engineering and manufacturing documents, including bill of material, assembly drawings, assembly work instructions, wiring schematics and diagrams. \nEnsure a high level of quality by completing required in-process quality checks and escalate non conformances to appropriate resources. \nFollow work order directions and safely produce the quantity of parts required and withing the required specifications. \nMaintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area. \nComplete and maintain all required documentation necessary in the operation. \nPerform other duties and projects as assigned. \nJob Requirements:\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nAbility to read instructions, safely operate equipment and visually inspect parts produced.\nFrequent lifting, standing, and bending required \nAbility to lift and carry up to 25 pounds unassisted\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nGood verbal and writing skills\nAccuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments is a must\nGood hand dexterity and grip strength. \nExperience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams preferred.\nOne year of wiring experience preferred.\nProficient use of hand and power tools required. \nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.\nAnalytical thinker with proven problem-solving ability.\nWell organized, detail-oriented, with ability to multi-task.\nSelf-motivated, takes initiative, drives closure on open issues with minimal supervision.\nHigh personal integrity and ethics with uncompromising standards.\nBenefits:\n401 (k) with company match\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nDisability Insurance\nPTO\nSick Time\nEmployee Appreciation Time\nPaid Holidays\nTrystaris an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
