Together, we are Trystar, where we power the future and nurture innovation for a brighter tomorrow.\nTrystar’s team members are our most important asset, and we are in search of a Facilities and Maintenance Manager based at our Houston facility.\nReporting to the Site Leader, the Facilities and Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and construction operations for our properties. We show up for each other and we know that through teamwork we achieve greatness.\nChampion change - We know adaptation and improvement are requirements to survive and to thrive.\n Enjoy the journey - We create an environment where our team feels appreciated and has fun along the way.\n In this role you will get to:\nManage the maintenance, construction, repair, and refurbishment operations of one or more facilities or properties. \nImplement policies and procedures that ensure the optimal functioning of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment. \nMonitor daily building operations of all systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management to ensure reliability. \nTrack work orders for quality, adherence to service standards, and budgeted guidelines. \nTrain supervisors and employees in best practices for maintenance work, service and safety standards, and local laws and regulations. \nOversee vendors or contractors engaged for construction projects.\nQualifications:\nMinimum 5 years in facilities management or engineering.
