fulfilling Trystar’s vision to be a full solution provider to our existing Data Center customers\nEstablish operating cadence, pipeline rigor, and account planning discipline\nCreate plans and campaigns that mobilize the Trystar team to develop opportunities and increase win rates\nLead through influence a data center team of cross functional partners (Application Engineering, Field Sales Engineering and CX)\nCoach team members on complex, multi-year pursuit selling \nEngage directly with Data Center Customers to increase wallet share and grow cross sell by:\nIdentifying how Trystar can help meet their unmet needs and constraints with our current offering or through custom solutions\nPartnering with Engineering and Solution Owners to translate customer standards into scalable offerings\nDriving inclusion of Trystar solutions in customer standards, basis-of-design documents, and EPC specs\nIdentifying Data Center current and future capital expenditure plans and transition quoting and fulfillment activity to the Trystar CX team, supporting as needed through successful order conversion and ensuring a world-class customer experience\nExecuting sales forecasting at a level that improves the effectiveness of the other functional groups’ performance and helps Trystar exceed customer expectations on delivery and responsiveness\nExhibit a growth mindset and display your QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s Degree\nStrong communication skills\n10+ years of B2B sales experience with 5+ years of electrical system BD experience in the Data Center market.\nAbility to travel up to 70% to engage customers, EPC partners, industry events, and Trystar facilities across North America.\nADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS\nStrong analytical and computer skills\nEngineered-to-order / complex electrical systems experience\nStrong technical aptitude\nStrong team and collaboration skills across multiple functions with ability to quickly build strong partnerships both internally and externally. \nThrives in a fast-paced, changing environment\nAbility to manage through
