This position, reporting to our materials supervisor, plays a critical role in achieving our strategic objectives. We show up for each other and we know that through teamwork we achieve greatness.\nChampion change - We know adaptation and improvement are requirements to survive and to thrive.\nEnjoy the journey - We create an environment where our team feels appreciated and has fun along the way.\nIn this role you will get to:\nAs a self-starter, ensure timely and accurate material handling delivery according to the needs of your production stakeholders.\nHelp to define, improve, and uphold process standards.\nUnderstand and execute all types of material transactions using Epicor (ERP).\nRead, comprehend, and execute processes and procedures according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) which are necessary to properly operate the equipment and manufacture the product. \nAbility to comprehend and act on a production schedule in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nOperate various powered industrial vehicles within the plant.\nAbility to read and understand job travelers, pick lists, and system generated workflow assignments.\nClean, restock, and organize the warehouse area.\nPerform other projects and duties as assigned.\nJob Requirements:\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school diploma \nAbility to read instructions, safely operate machines and visually inspect raw materials.\n2 years of experience of material handling in a manufacturing environment or proven knowledge and understanding of material handling best practices.\nExperience using an ERP system.\nStrong communication, interpersonal skills.\nDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.\nAbility to multitask and set priorities.\nOutstanding attention to detail, organizational and coordination abilities.\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. \nMust be able to read, write and comprehend plant directives written in English.\nADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS\nPerform simple mathematics to comprehend and interpret process sheets, SOP manuals, tally sheets, etc.\nFrequent lifting, standing, bending & reaching required.\nAble to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.\nMust adhere to all the PPE requirements to perform the job safely, this includes but is not limited to, Eye, Hand, Feet, and Hearing protection.\nBenefits:\n401 (k) with company match\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nDisability Insurance\nPTO\nSick Time\nEmployee Appreciation Time\nPaid Holidays\nTrystaris an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
