In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our ERP Systems. We create an environment where our team feels appreciated and has fun along the way.\n\nIn this role you will get to:\nDevelop and maintain Epicor ERP applications using C#, .NET, SQL, and Epicor development tools.\nDesign and implement Complex & Custom BAQs (Business Activity Queries), BPMs (Business Process Management), Dashboards, and Reports.\nIntegrate Epicor ERP with third-party applications and internal systems.\nTroubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.\nCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nPerform system upgrades, patches, and ensure compliance with best practices.\nDocument technical specifications, processes, and provide user training when necessary.\nOptimize ERP performance and ensure data integrity across modules.\nJob Requirements:\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in ERP development with 3 + years in Epicor.\nProficiency in C#, .NET Framework, SQL Server, SSRS, and REST/SOAP APIs.\nStrong understanding of Epicor modules (Manufacturing, Purchasing, Inventory, Quality etc.).\nExperience with Epicor tools such as BAQ, BPM, and Data Directives.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment.\nADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS\nRelevant experience with Epicor Kinetic (latest version).\nEpicor certifications are a plus.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.\nPassion for learning and applying the latest technologies in IoT and cloud computing.\nExcellent interpersonal skills and resourcefulness in both team settings and building business relationships.\nStrategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and solution delivery.\nWillingness and ability to travel occasionally, 25% for conferences, training, or team
