delivery, cost, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.\nDevelop and execute strategies that increase manufacturing capacity, improve scalability, and support business growth.\nLead new product introductions, production launches, process improvements, and operational expansion initiatives.\nCollaborate with engineering, quality, sales, product management, supply chain, and customer-facing teams to support business objectives and customer requirements.\nDevelop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting processes that support operational decision-making and continuous improvement.\nBuild, coach, and develop high-performing manufacturing teams while establishing succession plans and leadership development strategies.\nDrive lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across site operations.\nUtilize ERP, MRP, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to support operational accuracy, inventory management, and efficient order fulfillment.\nOversee facilities, maintenance, equipment reliability, and infrastructure planning to support safe and efficient operations.\nManage site budgets, operational expenses, capital investments, and resource planning to support profitability and growth.\nLead effective problem-solving activities, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation to improve performance and eliminate recurring issues.\nParticipate in integrated business planning processes and align manufacturing capabilities with forecasted customer demand.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field required.\n12+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including experience leading teams, production operations, or plant functions.\n5+ years of experience in plant leadership, site leadership, operations management, or a comparable manufacturing leadership role.\nBilingual in English and Spanish \nProven track record delivering results in safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and employee development.\nExperience leading manufacturing growth, operational scaling, capacity expansion, or new product introduction initiatives.\nExperience utilizing ERP, MRP, MES, or related manufacturing systems to support operational decision-making.\nExperience working collaboratively with engineering, supply chain, quality, and commercial teams in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain preferred.\nPMP, Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt, or related certifications
