This position plays a critical role in achieving our strategic objectives. We create an environment where our team feels appreciated and has fun along the way.\nIn this role you will get to:\nAssemble products using hand and power tools to position, align, and fasten parts and units into assemblies, subassemblies, or frame.\nInstall wire labels and device tags and work with different styles. \nReview and understand job orders and interact with Epicor, by properly badging in and out of active job orders on the production floor. \nRead, comprehend, and execute processes and procedures according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) which are necessary to safely and properly operate the equipment and tools required to assemble the product. \nCheck completed units to ensure they meet specifications, tolerances, and customer requirements.\nPerform other projects and duties as assigned.\nJob Requirements:\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\n1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.\nAbility to read instructions, safely operate machines and visually inspect components and sub-assemblies being produced.\nStand for long periods of time.\nAccuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments is a must.\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis.\nMust be able to read, write and comprehend plant directives written in English.\nLimited understanding of PLC, VFD and Circuit Breakers. \nUnderstand and know the differences between NEMA ratings of enclosures.\nKnowledgeable of identifying wire gauges, colors and understanding ampacities. \nADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nAbility to effectively use a tape-measure, perform simple mathematics. \nBasic understanding of schematics, mechanical assembly, and electrical assembly.\nFrequent lifting, standing, bending & reaching required\nAble to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test\nMust adhere to all the PPE requirements to perform the job safely, this includes but is not limited to, Eye, Hand, and Feet.\nAbility to work in a team environment while collaborating, troubleshooting and problem solving with
