If you know how to find the right people, start smart conversations, and keep the pipeline moving, you’ll fit right in.\nCore Tasks:\nManage a pipeline of potential prospects through DM and cold-calling.\nCreate and implement account based marketing plans for niche local targets.\nCreate lead lists and enrich prospect data using several tools.\nAct as a thought leader to explore and propose other outreach strategies.\nTest and validate outreach methods across platforms .\nSchedule qualification calls with the ultimate goal of booking calls with leadership.\nFilter un- or underqualified leads through phone conversation.\nTrack and report on key outreach and close metrics.\nCreate role-related metrics and edit / update them on an ongoing basis.\nPerform other tactical sales and sales-marketing related tasks as needed.\nMust-Haves:\n3+ years experience in phone outreach / an Appointment Setter or BDR outreach role.\nHands on experience selling foreign exchange products or similar B2B services.\nConsultative approach with a willingness to try new methods.\nStrong (C-level) written and verbal English communication skills .\n1+ years of experience developing and executing on AMB outreach plans .\nExperience executing linkedin DM campaigns .\nExperience using Sales Navigator (preferred) or similar lead list building tools .\nDemonstrated experience achieving and exceeding quota in a sales outreach role.\n1+ years experience using HubSpot (or similar tool) for contact / pipeline mgmt.\nBasic -
