This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and an interest in sales and client relationships, looking to build hands-on experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead Handling & Prospecting\nRespond to and follow up on inbound leads and inquiries (social media, WhatsApp, calls, email)\nResearch and identify new prospects and business opportunities\nSupport occasional B2B outreach to corporate prospects when required\nClient Outreach & Relationship Support\nAssist with outreach to prospects via calls, email, and social platforms\nHelp schedule and coordinate client meetings and calls\nSupport maintaining relationships with existing clients\nProposals & Presentations\nHelp prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations\nCoordinate with the marketing and creative teams to support proposal materials\nPipeline & Sales Reporting\nMaintain and update lead and client information in the CRM or tracking sheet\nTrack daily sales activities, leads, and conversions\nPrepare weekly and monthly sales reports with key numbers and insights\nMarket & Competitor Research\nMonitor competitor offerings, pricing, and industry trends\nShare findings to support sales strategy\nLearning & Collaboration\nLearn TSA's service offerings (SMM, SEO, paid ads, web, etc.) well enough to explain them to prospects\nSit in on sales meetings and calls to learn the sales process\nWork closely with marketing and creative teams on broader campaigns\nSkills Needed\nGood written and verbal communication skills\nBasic understanding of sales and customer relationship management\nFamiliarity with MS Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets for reporting;
