About The Role Are you passionate about making a difference in our pupils' lives and eager to support their learning journey in a collaborative education setting? Meon Junior School is seeking to appoint a Higher Level Teacher Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated and supportive team on a fixed term basis until 31/08/2027. In this vital role, you will: Deliver lessons to cover teacher PPA time and training Work alongside class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils, promoting pupils’ independence, self-esteem and social inclusion Support individual pupils or small groups to access the curriculum and engage actively in their learning Play a crucial role in both classroom-based and wider school activities You will be an integral part of the school community, making a tangible difference every day.
