This position supports the Airborne Solution and ISR (AISR) Division and the manufacturing of TSC’s Group 5 Unmanned Systems (UAS).\n\nResponsibilities:\nInstall and integrate avionics hardware/software on production UAS in accordance with work instructions, drawings, and specifications.\n\nBuild and install wiring harnesses, avionics racks, LRUs, antennas, and sensors\n\nPerform continuity checks, pinouts, insulation resistance testing, and system functional tests\n\nExecute acceptance and production test procedures and document results\n\nTroubleshoot and correct production discrepancies and non-conformances\n\nEnsure all work complies with configuration management, quality, and workmanship standards\n\nAccurately complete production travelers, build records, and maintenance documentation\n\nSupport first article inspections (FAI), audits, and quality reviews\n\nMaintain compliance with safety, security, and export control (ITAR/EAR) requirements\n\nCollaborate with manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to improve build efficiency and product quality\n\nRequired Qualifications: \nMinimum 2 years of avionics maintenance or integration experience (manned or unmanned aircraft)\n\nUS Citizenship, Ability to work in classified and controlled environments, including the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.\n\nStrong knowledge of avionics systems, electrical theory, and troubleshooting techniques\n\nExperience interpreting technical orders, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings\n\nHands-on experience with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators)\n\nExperience with basic machine shop equipment (saws, drills, brakes, etc.)\n\nU.S. Person status required due to export control regulations\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working with composite airframes\n\nExperience supporting DoD or military aviation programs\n\nPrior military avionics training or FAA A&P certification\n\nUAS-specific avionics or flight control system experience\n\nFamiliarity with MIL-STD wiring, connectors, and workmanship standards\n\nExperience with RF systems, datalinks, and secure communications\n\nActive Secret or higher security clearance\n\nFALCATA Benefits:FALCATA offers a stable work environment, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefit package; including 401k Plan, Flexible Work Schedules, Tuition Reimbursement, Co-Sponsored Health Plan, Paid Leave and much more. \nApplying to FALCATA:Only those candidates invited for an interview will be contacted.
