identity services, and infrastructure monitoring.\n\nJob Role:\n\nProvide hands-on operational support for enterprise infrastructure environments.\n\nMaintain the reliability, availability, performance, and health of infrastructure platforms.\n\nSupport VMware, Hyper-V, Windows Server, Linux, Storage, Backup, Disaster Recovery, VDI, Identity Services, and Infrastructure Monitoring.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve routine to moderately complex infrastructure issues.\n\nExecute operational procedures, maintenance activities, standard changes, and service recovery.\n\nEscalate complex technical, architectural, and root-cause issues to senior engineering teams.\n\nWork as an extension of the onshore Infrastructure Operations team across multiple technical domains.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\nInfrastructure Operations:\n\nPerform daily health, availability, capacity, and alert monitoring.\n\nTriage incidents and troubleshoot service degradation.\n\nExecute documented recovery procedures and restore services.\n\nImplement approved standard and normal changes.\n\nParticipate in scheduled maintenance activities.\n\nValidate service health following changes and maintenance.\n\nMaintain accurate incident, change, problem, and work-item records.\n\nParticipate in priority incident response and provide clear technical updates and handoff documentation.\n\nVirtualization & Server Administration:\n\nAdminister and support VMware and Hyper-V environments.\n\nSupport Windows Server and Linux systems.\n\nProvision, configure, patch, troubleshoot, modify, and decommission servers and virtual machines.\n\nMonitor hosts, clusters, VMs, operating systems, resource utilization, and infrastructure performance.\n\nSupport cluster maintenance, platform upgrades, workload migrations, and capacity remediation.\n\nPerform operating system administration, log analysis, service validation, and configuration troubleshooting.\n\nStorage, Backup & Disaster Recovery:\n\nMonitor storage health, capacity, replication, backup completion, and recovery readiness.\n\nTroubleshoot backup and replication failures.\n\nExecute documented remediation procedures.\n\nPerform backup validation, restore testing, and recovery exercises.\n\nSupport Disaster Recovery readiness reviews and recovery testing.\n\nMaintain and update DR runbooks.\n\nAssist with storage provisioning, capacity management, lifecycle activities, and storage troubleshooting.\n\nVirtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI):\n\nSupport VMware Horizon and related VDI components.\n\nSupport Connection Servers, Unified Access Gateways, desktop pools, and virtual desktop services.\n\nPerform VDI health checks, maintenance, image lifecycle activities, and platform validation.\n\nTroubleshoot VDI connectivity, authentication, availability, and performance issues.\n\nSupport VDI recovery, redundancy validation, and operational readiness activities.\n\nIdentity & Authentication:\n\nSupport Group Policy implementation, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.\n\nMonitor and validate Microsoft Entra ID synchronization and hybrid identity services.\n\nTroubleshoot authentication, directory synchronization, policy application, and access-related issues.\n\nExecute documented identity remediation procedures.\n\nEscalate complex identity and authentication issues to senior engineering resources.\n\nMonitoring, Documentation & Continuous Improvement:\n\nMonitor infrastructure dashboards, alerts, and events using enterprise monitoring platforms.\n\nPerform first-response troubleshooting and diagnostic data collection.\n\nCreate and maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, SOPs, and handoff documentation.\n\nIdentify recurring incidents, alert noise, documentation gaps, and repetitive operational tasks.\n\nRecommend opportunities for process improvement and automation.\n\nContribute to operational reviews by reporting on service issues, trends, risks, completed work, and recommended follow-up actions.\n\nJob Requirements\n\nTechnical Skills:\n\nVMware / team.\n\nAbility to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n\n3+ years of experience supporting enterprise systems, infrastructure operations, systems administration, or data center environments.\n\nHands-on experience administering Windows Server and/or Linux systems in production environments.\n\nExperience supporting Hyper-V, including virtual machine lifecycle operations and troubleshooting.\n\nWorking knowledge of storage, backup, restore, replication, and disaster recovery concepts and operational practices.\n\nWorking knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise authentication services.\n\nExperience working within formal incident, change, and problem management processes.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, technical documentation, communication, prioritization, and escalation skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience supporting VMware Horizon or another enterprise VDI platform.\n\nExperience with enterprise storage, backup, recovery, replication, or disaster recovery platforms such as Rubrik or Zerto.\n\nExperience with clustered infrastructure, infrastructure monitoring, and alerting platforms such as LogicMonitor.\n\nExperience with PowerShell, shell scripting, or other automation technologies used to improve routine operational work.\n\nExperience supporting hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premises data centers and Microsoft Azure.\n\nRelevant Microsoft, VMware, Linux, storage, backup, or infrastructure certifications.\n\nWe Are Offering You:\n\nWorking hours:
