catering staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.\nAssist with staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, training, and performance management.\nEnsure compliance with food safety, health & safety, hygiene, and company standards.\nMonitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.\nBuild and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers.\nAssist in managing stock control, stock takes, purchasing, and waste control.\nProcess invoices, supplier reconciliations, and creditor documentation.\nMaintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.\nAssist with cash-ups, revenue reconciliation, and banking processes.\nSupport budget control and cost management initiatives.\nPrepare and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and operational records.\nAssist with monthly reporting and Profit & Loss preparation.\nEnsure administrative processes and documentation are completed accurately and timeously.\nSupport catering functions and operational activities when required.\nSkills and Competencies\nStrong supervisory and team leadership skills.\nSound knowledge of catering operations and food service management.\nBookkeeping and financial administration experience.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.\nGood understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.\nExcellent communication and customer relationship management skills.\nStrong planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\nMinimum 3-5 years' experience in a catering, hospitality, or food service environment.\nProfessional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle financial information responsibly.\nQualifications\nGrade 12 (Matric).\nDiploma or Certificate in Catering Management, Hospitality
