recipes.\nEnsure consistency in taste and presentation of all beverages.\nExperiment with new recipes and seasonal drinks to enhance the menu.\nGreet customers warmly and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.\nTake accurate orders and provide information about the menu, including ingredients and potential allergens.\nOffer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and feedback.\nProcess payments efficiently, including cash, credit card, and mobile transactions.\nHandle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders or payments.\nMaintain accurate cash register balances and report discrepancies to management.\nRegularly clean and sanitize the work area, including counters, machines, and seating areas.\nFollow health and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment.\nDispose of waste properly and manage recycling efforts.\nMonitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.\nEnsure all ingredients are fresh and stored correctly.\nPlace orders for new stock and manage deliveries.\nPerform routine checks and maintenance on brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.\nTroubleshoot and report any equipment issues to management.\nKeep equipment clean and in good working order.\nPrepare and serve food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and cookies.\nEnsure food items are fresh and presented attractively.\nFollow food safety guidelines and manage food storage.\nAdhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.\nStay updated on company policies and procedures.\nParticipate in regular training sessions to maintain high standards of service.\nSkills and Competencies\nHave good communication skills\nMust be able to use simple arithmetic, follow directions, remember orders, read, and write\nMust be able to work as part of a team or independently \nMust have the stamina to work 45-50 hours per week.\nPrevious experience as a barista or in a similar role. \nExcellent customer service skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nKnowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment maintenance.\nQualifications\nGrade 12 \nMust have 3-5 years experinace in similar
