DOWNLOAD OUR ONE-PAGER to find out more about who we are in a nutshell.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nOversee overall management, planning and control of the functions and banqueting operation - maintaining 5 star standards set by both the company and the client within agreed budgetary limits.\nManage all client events, quoting on function requirements and function bookings.\nManage and report functions reservations.\nSufficient monitoring of operations during service times.\nAssist in control of production costs.\nTo liaise or ensure correspondence with clients both verbally and electronically\nAssist the Management team as required.\nBuild and maintain customer and client relationships.\nSupervise & maintain quality and service at all times to the highest level.\nEnsure that all control measures are in place for all revenue/cash handling/stock control and invoicing all clients after functions.\nDebtors control and following up on payments.\nEnsure all FEDICS policies and procedures are complied with.\nAssist in Special Projects.\nTaking stock of food items when requested to do so.\nEnsuring the smooth management of the banqueting\nRequired to work overtime when requested.\nEnsure operations are in accordance to Fedics standard.\nSkills and Competencies\nEvent planning & coordination\nTime management\nComputer proficiency.\nStrong communication skills verbally and written\nEntrepreneurial Skills.\nOrganizing and Planning ability.\nMarketing and promotion skills.\nInterpersonal skills: Leadership & Relationship Building\nGood Communication (written & verbal).\nCustomer service orientated.\nFinancial acumen.\nPassionate, good attitude, driven, energetic & commitment to service excellence.\nQualifications\nMatric\nRelevant qualification\nMust be computer literate \n3 -
