This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining employee and visitor credentials, processing access requests, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the day-to-day operation of the company’s access control program.\nThe ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential employee and facility information. Hands-on, operational-level experience with C\nCURE is required.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreate, encode, print, activate, renew, and deactivate employee and contractor identification badges\n\nProcess building access requests in accordance with established company procedures\n\nAdd and update cardholder records, access levels, schedules, and permissions within C\nCURE\n\nCoordinate badge and access needs for new hires, employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors\n\nMaintain accurate visitor lists, credential records, and access documentation\n\nReview access requests for completeness and proper authorization\n\nMonitor access-related activity and assist with routine system alerts or inquiries\n\nSupport periodic reviews and audits of badge records, access permissions, visitor logs, and card-reader activity\n\nTroubleshoot routine badge, credential, and access issues\n\nEscalate system, hardware, or card-reader problems to the appropriate internal team or outside vendor\n\nRespond to employee questions regarding badge access and facility entry\n\nCoordinate with facilities, human resources, technology, and other internal departments as needed\n\nProtect confidential employee, visitor, and facility information\n\nPerform additional administrative and access-control duties as assigned\n\nRequired Qualifications\nHands-on, operational-level experience using C\nCURE\n\nExperience creating and managing badges, cardholder records, access levels, and building permissions\n\nPrevious experience in access control, credential management, facilities operations, or a related administrative role\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records\n\nAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nProfessional and service-oriented approach when assisting employees and visitors\n\nAbility to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced office environment\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting access control operations in a corporate or financial services environment\n\nFamiliarity with visitor management systems, badge printers, card readers, and credentialing equipment\n\nExperience conducting access reviews or maintaining documentation for audits and compliance\n\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, facilities management, or a related field\n\nImportant Requirements\nThis position is fully onsite in Nashville, Tennessee, five days per week\n\nRemote and hybrid arrangements are not available\n\nCandidates must already have practical, operational
