In this role, you will collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, manage project execution, and ensure alignment across teams.\nYou will be responsible for guiding projects from concept through delivery, including planning, development coordination, testing, and deployment. This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and a proactive approach to identifying risks and improving processes in a fast-paced environment.\nResponsibilities\nDefine product vision and roadmaps while managing end-to-end delivery across business and technology teams, ensuring priorities, timelines, and risks are effectively managed.\nEstablish project scope, objectives, and deliverables, translating complex business and technical requirements into clear implementation plans.\nWork with stakeholders to document business processes, workflows, and end-to-end data flows, including lineage, integration points, and supporting documentation such as data dictionaries and metadata.\nAnalyze datasets to identify trends, gaps, and insights, and collaborate with technical teams to translate findings into validated data requirements and system improvements.\nCoordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution and maintain productive vendor relationships.\nOversee development, testing, release management, and post-deployment support, ensuring quality assurance and change control processes are followed.\nProvide regular project updates and maintain clear documentation for stakeholders while escalating risks or delays when necessary.\nIdentify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to support successful delivery.\nManage ongoing operational activities including enhancements, defect tracking, and support requests for assigned systems.\nDrive system optimization and promote best practices by evaluating current platforms and defining reporting or analytics requirements.\nSupport user training initiatives and communicate system updates or process changes across relevant teams.\nQualifications\nWe are seeking candidates who are analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Product Manager, or Project Manager.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and coordinate work across cross-functional teams.\nProven ability to think holistically about systems, connect interdependencies, and proactively manage project risks.\nExperience working within the financial services industry.\nUnderstanding of application development processes and Agile development methodologies.\nExperience working with third-party vendors and familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude to support analysis, documentation, or workflow efficiency in a professional environment.\nExperience with data visualization tools and building dashboards or management reporting solutions.\nFamiliarity with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and
