The ideal candidate will partner directly with cybersecurity subject matter experts to understand complex security challenges, frame the right analytical questions, and develop solutions that provide meaningful, actionable insights.\nThe successful candidate will bring a strong combination of cybersecurity domain knowledge, data science experience, product thinking, and the ability to lead work independently. This individual should be comfortable challenging assumptions, recommending solutions, and translating security needs into scalable analytical products.\nResponsibilities\nPartner with cybersecurity and technology stakeholders to identify, frame, and solve complex analytical problems.\nTranslate security challenges into clear data science, analytics, and engineering solutions.\nDevelop analytical products that support meaningful business and security decisions.\nMove beyond traditional dashboard delivery by creating reusable data products, self-service capabilities, and scalable analytical solutions.\nHelp determine the best delivery model for security analytics, including dashboards, reusable datasets, advanced analytics, and potential AI-enabled solutions.\nProvide analytical support across application security and infrastructure security domains.\nEvaluate security data and determine the appropriate analysis, methodology, and delivery approach.\nBuild trusted relationships with security subject matter experts through practical, applied cybersecurity knowledge.\nLead projects independently and take ownership of solutions from initial problem definition through delivery.\nCommunicate findings, recommendations, and technical decisions clearly to technical teams and senior leadership.\nContribute to the continued development of the organization’s cybersecurity data and analytics strategy.\nRequired Qualifications\nApproximately 10 or more years of relevant professional experience, with flexibility based on the depth and quality of the candidate’s background.\nStrong applied cybersecurity experience, particularly within application security and infrastructure security.\nAdvanced data science, analytics, or statistical analysis experience.\nExperience working with CI/CD toolchains and secure software development lifecycle practices.\nKnowledge of SaaS and data-as-a-service environments.\nExperience with cloud-native monitoring and security tools.\nFamiliarity with endpoint protection technologies.\nAbility to work with security data, frame analytical problems, and determine the appropriate analysis or solution.\nExperience developing scalable analytical products rather than only producing one-time reports or dashboards.\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to work independently, take ownership, and lead projects with limited direction.\nExperience presenting technical findings and recommendations to leadership.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience designing reusable data products or self-service analytics capabilities.\nExperience applying AI or machine learning to analytics or cybersecurity use cases.\nBackground supporting enterprise information security or CISO organizations.\nExperience working across cybersecurity engineering and data science teams.\nProduct management or analytical product development experience.\nKnowledge of security data associated with cloud platforms, applications, infrastructure, and
