If you're ready to join the TSTC family and make great memories please complete our application process.\nJob Description\nThis position is for qualified manufacturing technicians that want to impact the next generation of technicians entering the workforce.Essential Functions\nEmployee will demonstrate TSTC Core values of Excellence, Accountability, Service and Integrity with internal and external stakeholders, customers, students and members of the community.\nDeliver instruction for a variety of educational projects including but not limited to continuing education, apprenticeships, contract and industrial training, and other special training projects, as well as international programs.\nComplete documentation including grades, etc., as required by the supervisor.\nOther duties as assigned\nEducation, Experience, & Skills\nRequired Qualifications\nRelevant experience in Industrial Systems, Mechatronics, Electrical Troubleshooting, or related flied or equivalent industry experience.\nThree to five years of experience in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or automation.\nDemonstrated expertise in relevant technical or occupational skill areas, as determined by program goals and employer demand.\nStrong understanding of higher education and workforce development landscape.\nStrong knowledge of industrial equipment, troubleshooting, and safety practices.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clarity, influence, and impact across various internal and external stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nEducational requirements vary based on the training needs.\nThree to five years of related experience relevant to the subject needs.\nNote: Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, except in cases where a specific degree is required to meet accreditation standards, licensure requirements, or other legislative or regulatory obligations.
