Be part of the journey.\nRole Overview and Responsibilities\nTT Electronics, Manchester, are hiring a Compliance Auditor to provide robust assurance that the organisation’s AS9100, AS9110 & ISO14001 Management Systems are effectively implemented, maintained and continually improved.\nThe Compliance Auditor is responsible for executing and managing the internal audit programme, overseeing non-conformance, CAPA management and ensuring effective configuration control of all QMS documentation.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nDeveloping, maintaining and delivering the risk-based internal audit programme aligned to AS9100 and AS9110.\nPlanning, conducting and documenting audits using the Q Pulse system.\nCoordinating audit activities with internal stakeholders to ensure effective audit execution.\nReporting audit findings clearly and objectively, promoting ownership and understanding of compliance gaps.\nSupporting external, customer and certification audits, including preparation, execution and follow-up of actions.\nQualifications, Skills and Attributes\nWhat We're Looking For:\nPrevious experience in aerospace manufacturing, MRO or design/engineering environments.\nProven experience working within AS9100 and/or AS9110 Quality Management Systems.\nIRCA Internal Auditor Qualification.\nDemonstrable experience of internal audit execution and management.\nHands-on experience with Q Pulse, including audit management, NCRs, CAPAs and document control.\nThe following would enhance your application but are not essential to apply:\nExperience of EASA/UKCAA Part 21G and 145 regulations.\nKnowledge of ISO14001 and or ISO45001 standard.\nCQI Practitioner or professional quality membership.\nIRCA Certified Lead Auditor.\nIRCA Certified Lead Auditor.\nWhat We Offer You:\nCompetitive Salary\nEnhanced pension contributions\nHealthcare cashback plan\nEmployee assistance programme\nSite incentive plan\nFinancial wellbeing benefit\nDiscounted online and high street shopping and lifestyle vouchers\nCycle to Work Scheme\nDiscounted RAC membership\nDiscounted Gym membership\n5 weeks (in hours) annual leave plus bank holidays\nA supportive and friendly working environment with a focus on wellbeing and sustainability\nOur Recruitment Process:\nFormal Interviews will be held on site and include a tour of the facility.\nPlease be aware that many roles at TT Electronics are subject to both security and export control restrictions which means that limitations relating to nationality may apply.
