From leading business reviews and managing contracts to forecasting revenue and resolving challenges, you'll make sure our promises are delivered on time, every time.\nThis is a role where commercial awareness, customer focus and collaboration come together. You'll identify opportunities, reduce risk, improve performance, helping create lasting value for both our customers and TT Electronics.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nLeading customer interactions, including regular meetings, business reviews and strategic discussions.\nEnsuring all customer commitments are met or exceeded.\nSeeking out new business opportunities. \nManaging and resolving issues and escalations.\nEnsuring accurate and timely financial forecasting, including revenue, order intake and backlog.\nOverseeing contract execution to minimise risk and ensure compliance.\nSecuring timely payment collection and managing pricing deviations.\nMaintaining accurate data within the ERP system.\nDriving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and operational efficiency.\nUtilising standards tools and processes to regularly report to TT Electronics' leadership team on account status, opportunities, problems and outlook. \nQualifications, Skills and Attributes\nWhat We Look For:\nProven account management experience. \nThe ability to read and analyse periodicals, business reports, correspondence and procedure manuals.\nThe ability to read a P&L, calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.\nThe ability to solve practical problems.\nThe ability to use MS Office software, including building spreadsheets, databases, gantt charts, slide presentations, and business systems software (CRM, ERP).\nYou'll be primarily based at our Fairford site, but also may be required to work from another TT site.
