We continue to invest and improve the site’s facilities, regularly get involved in fundraising for local charities, have an active social club, and enjoy a 4-day working week.\nIn addition to adopting a great working atmosphere, we are also pleased to offer the following benefits:\n195 hours annual leave + Bank Holidays \nPerformance related Incentive Bonus Scheme\nContributory pension scheme\nCompany share-save scheme (eligible after a qualifying period)\nHealth Cash Plan\nFree Onsite Parking\nDiscounted Gym membership\nLife assurance\nFresh fruit and hot drinks\nCycle to work scheme\n4-day working week, Monday to Thursday, 7.15am to 5.30pm\nTT Electronics are committed to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and actively encourage applications from under-represented groups.\nRole Overview and Responsibilities\nWe're currently recruiting for an Electronics Assembly Technician to play a key role in the manufacture of sub assemblies & rack systems working within the Operations department.\nThis is a full time role, over 4 days, and the hours of work are 07h15 to 17h30, Monday to Thursday.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nManufacture, check & follow detailed build instructions to a high degree of accuracy.\nManufacture products in a timely manner in line with expected costed time restraints.\nComplete manufacturing tasks within a Quality Accredited environment, in accordance with both General Manufacturing and Aerospace controls.\nQualifications, Skills and Attributes\nWhat We Look For:\nPrior experience in the Aerospace industry, or similar.\nExtensive experience in working in low volume, high product mix, build-to-print environments, and design to spec environments.\nThe ability to thrive under pressure and deliver against deadlines. \nExperience in the use of ERP/Shop booking systems.\nGood numeracy and literacy skills.\nStrong attention to detail.\nThe ability to work as part of a team in order to satisfy the needs of schedules and deadlines.\nAccreditations in IPC 610/620 or, recognised similar such ESA/ECSS.\nA proactive outlook on an improvements culture with a view of continuous improvement.\nThe following would enhance your application but are not essential to apply:\nExperience of Accredited Quality Systems such as ISO9001 or AS9100.\nKnowledge or experience of Lean manufacturing or production techniques.\nA formal Apprenticeship.\nAdditional accreditations such as trainer for IPC610/620 Jstd.\nPlease be aware that many roles at TT Electronics are subject to both security and export control restrictions which means that limitations relating to nationality may apply.
