Be part of the journey.\nRole Overview and Responsibilities\nTT Electronics, Bedlington, is hiring for a Junior Quality Systems Engineer. This is a new, key role in the development of our quality systems.\nReporting directly into the Head of Quality for Microelectronics, you'll challenge the status quo and lead system improvement projects across a wide range of products and processes.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nProactively working with other departments to ensure business unit systems are maintained & continually improved.\nInspect and test components, parts, and assembled products for compliance within specifications and regulatory standards\nDriving Non Conformance to robust closure to prevent recurrence.\nSupporting Quality Engineer with Customer & Internal concerns through route cause analysis.\nSupporting Quality Engineer to manage QA responsibilities within NPI & Change Control\nProviding support for internal auditors to ensure the required level of audit capability within the business.\nHosting/Supporting Customer and accreditation audits conducted on site.\nProviding regulatory updates to the business.\nSupporting additional quality audits both Domestic and International, if and when required.\nQualifications, Skills and Attributes\nWhat We're Looking For:\nExposure as a quality auditor in a previous role.\nFamiliarity with the Quality Standards ISO9001 and AS9100.\nA competent user of MS office.\nFamiliarity in report writing\nSelf-motivated, proactive thinker\nA strong communicator, both written and verbal. \n The following would enhance your application but is not essential to apply: \nPrevious Quality Control or Systems engineering experience.\nExperience of using quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, 7Tools, MSA, FMEA, Risk Assessment, etc)\nKnowledge of PPAP, APQC\nKnowledge of Q-Pulse / Ideagen software\nKnowledge of SPC techniques\nWhat We Offer You:\nFrom this role you will have the opportunity to develop the experience needed to explore and progress within TT Electronics Bedlington, or the wider group, if this is in your own career plan.\nCompetitive Salary\nEnhanced pension contributions\nHealthcare cashback plan\nEmployee assistance programme\nSite incentive plan\nFinancial wellbeing benefit\nDiscounted online and high street shopping and lifestyle vouchers\nCycle to Work Scheme\nDiscounted RAC membership\nDiscounted Gym membership\n5 weeks (in hours) annual leave plus bank holidays\nA supportive and friendly working environment with a focus on wellbeing and sustainability\nTT Electronics are committed to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and actively encourage applications from under-represented groups.\nOur Recruitment Process:\nInitially we will reach out to you for an informal conversation about the role.
