Do you enjoy balancing customer demand, production priorities, and supply chain constraints while leading and developing a team? Join TT Electronics as a Master Scheduler/Lead and play a critical role in ensuring our operations deliver on customer commitments while supporting business growth.\nIn this role, you'll lead the site's production planning function and directly supervise the Planner/Buyer team, providing coaching, direction, and accountability while overseeing the Master Production Schedule. You'll serve as a key link between Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Program Management, and Customer Service, ensuring materials, capacity, and production schedules are aligned to meet customer commitments and business objectives.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead, supervise, coach, and develop the Planner/Buyer team.\nEstablish planning priorities and ensure consistent execution of scheduling and purchasing activities.\nDevelop, maintain, and communicate the Master Production Schedule.\nBalance customer demand, production capacity, labor availability, and material constraints.\nPrioritize production schedules to meet customer delivery commitments.\nAnalyze demand, inventory, capacity, and supplier performance to identify risks and drive solutions.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and supply chain challenges.\nSupport new product introductions, engineering changes, and production transitions.\nLead planning meetings and communicate priorities across the organization.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling, inventory management, and ERP utilization.\nQualifications, Skills and Attributes\nWhat You'll Bring\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nFive or more years of manufacturing planning, scheduling, purchasing, or supply chain experience.\nAdvanced ERP/MRP planning experience.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nExperience leading, mentoring, or developing team members.\nStrong Excel and data analysis capabilities.\nExperience in aerospace, defense, or other regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.\nITAR eligibility required.\nWhy TT Electronics?\nLead a critical function that directly impacts operational performance and customer satisfaction.\nSupervise and develop a team of planning professionals.\nPartner with leaders across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management.\nInfluence business results through planning excellence and continuous improvement.\nJoin a collaborative organization committed to innovation, quality, and operational excellence.\nIf you're passionate about leading teams, driving operational excellence, and making a measurable impact across the business, we'd love to hear from you.\nJoin TT Electronics and help deliver what's next.\n TT Electronics does not accept any unsolicited resumes from third parties.
