With a large workforce of 126 employees, this site operates in multiple shifts with cellular production lines and 13 production cells. This site is ISO9001 certified and manufactures an array of technologies including variable and fixed resistors, EPS sensors, and trimmers.\nRole Overview and Responsibilities\nIntroduction\nSupport and improvement of the manufacturing processes, establish process controls.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport operations to solve problems in the manufacturing processes.\nPrevention of problems utilizing statistical analysis.\n8D’s, root cause analysis and corrective actions implementation.\nCore tools implementation (PF, PFMEA, PCP, etc)\nLine/ Cell time balance to improve efficiency.\nResponsible of operation procedures and statistical control.\nEstablish projects to improve yield and efficiency.\nClose communication with product design, vendors and internal departments.\nLayout changes to improve process/ release space for other products.\nImprovements projects, participation in product transfers.\nAchieve established department KPI’s.\nAssure that the process has the expected outputs\nQualifications, Skills and Attributes\nCore Requirements\nBachelor's degree in industrial, electronics, mechatronics or mechanical engineering.\n2 to 5 years of experience as a process engineer.\nAdvanced to fluent English required (90% proficiency), including verbal and written communication.\nExperience in implementing and improving manufacturing processes.\nDesireable Skills and Experience\nERPs knowledge preferable SAP.\nSix Sigma green belt (preferable).\nRoot cause analysis and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\nMicrosoft Excel.\nSolving Technology Challenges for a Sustainable World\nWe want the very best people in our TT family across the globe - so we welcome applications from everyone, to celebrate a diverse mix of experiences, backgrounds and identities.
