This is a varied role supporting production, new product introduction, process improvement, quality initiatives, and customer projects in a fast-paced engineering environment.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nManage manufacturing configuration control and engineering changes.\nSupport new product introduction, first-off builds, and production readiness.\nCreate and maintain work instructions, build standards, test documentation, and BOMs.\nProvide technical support to production, test, quality, purchasing, and sales teams.\nInvestigate production issues, customer returns, and non-conformances using root cause analysis.\nDrive continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives.\nLiaise with customers and suppliers on technical matters and product requirements.\nSupport tooling design, calibration activities, and manufacturing process development.\nQualifications, Skills and Attributes\nWhat We Look For:\nExperience in a Production Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or similar role.\nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering documentation.\nAbility to interpret technical drawings and specifications.\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.\nExperience with ERP systems (Epicor experience desirable).\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, 8D, or continuous improvement methodologies would be an advantage.\nCAD experience (SolidWorks, TurboCAD, Visio, or similar) is desirable.\nPlease be aware that many roles at TT Electronics are subject to both security and export control restrictions which means that limitations relating to nationality may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates must achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
