We're looking for a Senior Magnetics Design Engineer to join our Engineering team and play a key role in developing innovative products that solve complex customer challenges.\nIn this role, you'll lead the design and development of transformers, inductors, reactors, chokes, and other magnetic components, partnering with customers and cross-functional teams to bring products from concept through production. You'll have the opportunity to influence product performance, improve manufacturability, and support the next generation of power and magnetics technologies.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the design and development of magnetic components and assemblies.\nPerform electrical, magnetic, thermal, and mechanical analysis to develop innovative solutions.\nPartner with customers to understand technical requirements and deliver high-performance designs.\nCollaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.\nSupport new product introductions, prototype development, qualification testing, and production launches.\nDrive product improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.\nTroubleshoot technical, manufacturing, and quality challenges through root cause analysis and corrective actions.\nMentor and support fellow engineers while serving as a key technical resource within the organization.\nQualifications, Skills and Attributes\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.\n8+ years of experience designing transformers, inductors, reactors, or other magnetic components.\nStrong knowledge of electromagnetic, thermal, mechanical, and electrical design principles.\nExperience leading product development efforts from concept through production.\nAbility to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges.\nStrong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. \nWhy TT Electronics\nAt TT Electronics, you'll be part of a collaborative engineering environment where your expertise directly impacts customer success and business growth.
