Be part of the journey.\nRole Overview and Responsibilities\nJoin our fast-paced warehouse team and play a vital role in keeping our operation moving.\nWe're looking for a proactive and organised Warehouse Operative to support goods-in, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory control, and production kitting activities. You'll be at the heart of the operation, ensuring materials and products are received, stored, processed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nReceiving and checking inbound deliveries, ensuring accuracy against delivery documentation.\nSafely unloading and loading vehicles using appropriate equipment.\nProcessing goods receipts, inventory movements, and shipments through SAP.\nPicking, packing, labelling, and preparing customer orders for dispatch.\nCarrying out quality and accuracy checks to ensure customers receive the right products, every time.\nSupporting production through component allocation and kitting activities.\nMaintaining accurate stock records and warehouse locations in SAP.\nIssuing materials and documentation in support of manufacturing operations.\nWorking closely with freight providers and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries.\nKeeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with 5S and health & safety standards.\nWhat We're Looking For\nPrevious experience in a warehouse, logistics, or stores environment.\nExperience using SAP or a similar warehouse management system would be advantageous.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nGood organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nCommitment to health, safety, and maintaining high operational standards.\nQualifications, Skills and Attributes\nCore Requirements\nGood organisational skills, attention to detail, Computer skills literate.\nDesirable Skills and Experience\nExperience working in Warehouse and Distribution and Logistics (Freight Management) Role. SAP R3 Business Systems Experience.
