Join The Pasha Group as Divisional Controller, where you will lead accounting operations for designated business units, provide critical financial insight to senior leadership, and ensure the timely delivery of accurate financial reporting.\nThis highly visible leadership role is responsible for overseeing accounting managers and staff, managing the month-end close process, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and controls, and partnering with operational leaders to support sound business decisions. You will play a key role in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, process improvement, and the continued growth of the finance organization.\nLead Financial Reporting, Analysis & Accounting Operations \nDrive timely, accurate financial reporting while providing meaningful insights that support business performance.\nOversee Financial Reporting: Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and delivery of financial statements for designated entities, divisions, and lines of business.\nProvide Business Analysis: Deliver financial and operational reporting, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.\nManage Month-End Close: Oversee the monthly closing process, including journal entry preparation, review, and reconciliation activities.\nAnalyze Financial Performance: Evaluate budgets, standard costs, operational flash reports, and actual performance to identify trends and variances.\nDeliver Ad Hoc Insights: Prepare special analyses and reporting that support strategic and operational decision-making.\nStrengthen Financial Controls, Compliance & Process Excellence\nEnsure accounting integrity through strong controls, sound processes, and continuous improvement.\nMaintain Financial Controls: Provide oversight of accounting processes and internal controls that support accurate and compliant financial reporting.\nEnforce Policies & Procedures: Apply and uphold established accounting standards, financial policies, and company procedures.\nManage Documentation: Ensure appropriate documentation and supporting records are maintained for all accounting transactions.\nSupport External Audits: Coordinate audit preparation activities and provide required information to external auditors.\nDrive Process Improvements: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline accounting workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance reporting accuracy.\nPartner Across Finance & Operations\nCollaborate with business leaders and finance partners to strong accounting expertise, leadership capabilities, and analytical skills with the ability to support business performance through accurate financial management.\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of coursework and directly related experience\nCPA designation or equivalent accounting experience preferred\n8+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience\nExperience working with accounting software platforms and ERP systems\nStrong understanding of accounting controls, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger reconciliation processes\nExperience preparing complex financial analyses and worksheets\nAbility to support accounting operations across multiple companies or business entities\nExperience developing, implementing, and communicating accounting policies and procedures\nStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities\nExcellent organizational skills
