In this role, you will coordinate work orders, documentation, schedules, customer communications, and operational activities to ensure shipments are handled accurately and on time.\nAs a key connection point between customers, vendors, dispatches, operations, and business partners, you will help ensure cargo is ready for arrival, documentation is complete, and issues are addressed quickly. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on daily freight operations while building valuable experience in transportation, logistics, and customer service.\nCoordinate Freight Operations & Cargo Movement\nKeep shipments organized, documentation accurate, and cargo moving according to schedule.\nManage Work Orders: Enter and prepare accurate work orders with complete instructions for dispatch, operations, and vendors\nCoordinate Cargo Movement: Support import and export shipments, including container releases, rail moves, terminal returns, and transloading activities\nPrepare Operational Documents: Print and distribute required paperwork before cargo arrival and communicate upcoming volumes to dispatch and management\nSupport Shipment Readiness: Align documentation, schedules, and operational requirements with cargo arrival timelines\nTrack Cargo Activity: Maintain accurate shipment, account, inventory, and customer records throughout the transloading process\nDeliver Exceptional Customer Service & Communication\nKeep customers, vendors, and internal teams informed with timely and accurate information.\nCommunicate with Customers: Provide timely shipment updates and final documentation within required cut-off times\nResolve Service Issues: Respond quickly to delays, equipment issues, booking problems, carrier concerns, and customer complaints\nManage Cargo Exceptions: Notify customers of damage, shortages, or other cargo issues and obtain appropriate handling instructions\nCoordinate Across Teams: Maintain clear communication with operations, dispatch, vendors, customers, and business partners\nSupport Customs Compliance: Ensure required information and documentation are provided to support Customs requirements\nSupport Billing, Documentation & Operational Accuracy\nHelp maintain the records and information needed to support efficient operations and accurate billing.\nPrepare Customer Billing: Complete billing for finished work orders using the appropriate tariff or contractual rates\nCorrect Invoices: Assist with identifying and resolving billing discrepancies and invoice corrections\nMaintain Accurate Records: Update customer databases, account information, inventory logs, and operational systems\nCoordinate Inspections: Schedule inspections with government agencies when required or requested\nMaintain Documentation: Complete filing, scanning, mailing, and other administrative activities that support freight operations\nWhat You Bring\nYou bring strong organizational skills, customer service experience, and attention to detail to a fast-moving logistics environment.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (HSED) required\n1+ year of warehouse, data entry, customer service, or related experience required\nFreight operations, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred\nKnowledge of freight transportation and warehouse operations\nStrong customer service skills and the ability to build effective professional relationships\nStrong problem-solving and multitasking abilities\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to enter, review, and maintain data with a high degree of accuracy\nProficiency with office-related tasks including filing, scanning, faxing, and mailing\nBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook\nYour Strengths\nYou are organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and committed to keeping customers and operations moving forward.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent communication and follow-through\nCustomer-focused approach to resolving issues\nAbility to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams\nSound judgment and problem-solving skills\nReliable and adaptable team player\nCommitted to modeling The Pasha Way: Excellence, Honesty & Integrity, Innovation, and Teamwork\nWhy You’ll Love Working at Pasha Logistics LLC\nThis role puts you at the center of daily freight operations, connecting customers, vendors, and internal teams to keep cargo moving efficiently.
