Tech stack of TTEC
Data Engineering team is responsible for developing and maintaining Companies enterprise data warehouse which is considered business critical. Any support gap will result in revenue loss to the company Core Looker Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain LookML models (views, explores, dimensions, measures).
  • Build and optimize Looker dashboards and Looks aligned to business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable semantic data models.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across dashboards and explores.
  • Implement best practices for LookML (reusability, naming standards, performance tuning).
  • Work closely with data engineers and analysts to integrate new datasets.
  • Optimize SQL queries and Looker performance (joins, PDTs, aggregate awareness).
  • Support users by troubleshooting dashboard and data issues.
  • Document data models, metrics definitions, and dashboard usage.
  • Support UAT and production deployments.
  • Follow version control practices (Git) for LookML development. This is a Data Analyst role. Not backfilling this position will result in support gap and delay in our deliverables which will result in revenue loss and client satisfaction. Not backfilling this position will increase load on our existing resources. Entire Data team is located at this location This person will be responsible to working on AI tools to enable AI in our Looker Dashboards This is a replacement position and it will impact business deliverables if not backfilled on time. We are already short of resources and further reduction in team is not possible
