This role requires multi dimensions of expertise, which includes pre-sales capability, Technical Solutioning and implementation, coaching and mentoring team members.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nAble to do requirements elicitation discussions with clients on product functionality and system architecture.\nAble to perform gap fitment analysis, propose architecture design, review technical and functional solutions, estimation and planning of project delivery.\nProvide critical review on technical design, integration, development, configuration, customization, and document as required.\nAble to interpret and translate the design, configuration, development, integration, migration and administration components of the solution to the junior team member and monitor their development.\nMonitor and review the delivery of solution post development.\nAbility to collaborate with cross functional teams to support on-going project development.\nAbility to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political and geographic environments.\nAbility to multitask. Work on multiple projects and deliver results.\nEligibility and Required Skills:\nEngineering graduate with proven track record in software engineering.\n8-12 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with expert level understanding of Salesforce platform (Implementation Consulting, Design, Configuration, Development and support)\nExperience with Salesforce Sales/Service cloud, Marketing cloud.
