As a Project Manager - Salesforce, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivery quality.\nThe role requires strong project management, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum delivery, risk management, and a good understanding of Salesforce implementations.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end Salesforce projects from initiation through delivery and closure.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments.\nWork closely with clients, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders.\nLead project governance, status meetings, steering committee meetings, and client communications.\nManage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.\nTrack project progress, identify potential delays or risks, and drive corrective actions.\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.\nEnsure effective coordination between distributed teams and client stakeholders.\nMonitor resource requirements, utilization, capacity, and project priorities.\nEnsure deliverables meet agreed quality, timelines, and acceptance criteria.\nManage escalations and facilitate resolution of project and delivery issues.\nPrepare project status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and other governance documentation.\nSupport estimation, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and project planning for new Salesforce opportunities.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous improvement across project delivery.\nEnsure effective communication across technical and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.\nEligibility & Required Skills\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.\n8-12+ years of IT project management experience, with significant experience managing Salesforce projects.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce implementations and the Salesforce ecosystem.\nProven experience managing Agile/Scrum projects and distributed teams.\nStrong experience in client management, stakeholder management, risk management, and project governance.\nExperience with project planning, estimation, budgeting, resource management, and delivery tracking.\nPMP, PRINCE2, Salesforce certifications, or Agile/Scrum certifications are preferred.\nStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work with geographically distributed teams.\nStrong ownership, accountability, and ability to operate
