Our purpose, team, and company culture are amazing and our Great Place to Work® certification in the Philippines says it all!\nWhat You’ll Do\nMaintain TTEC’s Information Security standards to reduce risk related to data loss and security incidents.\n\nMonitor security tools to ensure they are operating effectively, and take corrective action to remediate agent or system issues as needed.\n\nMaintain and support security capabilities to ensure partner teams have reliable tools to monitor, detect, and protect the environment\n\nCollaborate with Information Security, IT Operations, and Engineering teams to support issue resolution and strengthen security posture.\n\nWork with partner teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize security tooling and related services.\nCreate, track, and manage tickets to resolution; validate remediation and escalate issues when required.\n\nSupport network security operations and contribute to the implementation of new technologies and enhancements to strengthen our overall security capabilities.\n\nDevelop and maintain procedures, and internal team documentation to improve consistency and operational efficiency.\n\nSupport network security operations when required and to strengthen our overall security capabilities.\n\nProvide backup support during urgent or emergency situations to ensure continuity of security operations\n\nDuring a Typical Day, You’ll\nProactively monitor cloud and on-premise environments to identify potential security concerns\nRespond to alerts, incidents, and service requests by troubleshooting issues and driving them through to resolution\nExecute scheduled changes and maintenance activities, while reviewing and validating changes performed by others\nAnalyze trends and system behavior to recognize and address emerging risks or recurring problems\nEngage with cross-functional teams to better understand the systems and environments you support\nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders regarding incidents, changes, updates, and progress\nDocument findings, update runbooks, and create or refine internal procedures to support consistent operations\nProvide guidance, support, and knowledge sharing to team members on tools, processes, and best practices\nContinuously build familiarity with the environment, tooling, and security landscape to improve operational effectiveness\nWhat You Bring to the Role\nMinimum 2 years experience maintaining and supporting a Security application/tool.
