Our purpose, team, and company culture are amazing and our Great Place to Work® certification in Philippines says it all!\nWhat You’ll Do\nThe Senior Developer, Data Analytics will design, develop, and maintain Looker solutions that enable business teams to access trusted, actionable data. You will collaborate with analytics engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to build scalable data models, dashboards, and reports that support decision-making across the organization. You will help maintain Looker development standards, participate in code deployments, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the BI platform.\nThis position reports to the Senior Manager of Data Analytics.\nDuring a Typical Day, You’ll\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain LookML models, views, dimensions, measures, and Explores.\nCreate and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support business users and operational teams.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.\nSupport code deployments and participate in Git-based development processes, including pull requests and code reviews.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Looker models, dashboards, and query performance.\nOptimize Looker content to improve usability, scalability, and performance.\nWork closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting solutions.\nAssist with implementing data governance standards, access controls, and security best practices within Looker.\nUtilize SQL to analyze data and validate reporting logic.\nSupport integration of Looker with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, and Redshift.\nContribute to documentation and development best practices.\nWhat You Bring to the Role\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.\n2-4 years of experience developing BI, analytics, or reporting solutions.\n2+ years of experience working with Looker, including LookML development and dashboard creation.\nExperience creating dimensions, measures, views, and Explores using LookML.\nStrong SQL skills with experience querying and validating data.\nExperience with Git version control, including branching, pull requests, and code reviews.\nUnderstanding of data modeling concepts and reporting best practices.\nExperience working with cloud-based data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nWhat You Can Expect\nSupportive of your career and professional development\nAn inclusive culture and community minded organization where giving back is encouraged\nA global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company values\nAsk us about our paid time off (PTO) and wellness and healthcare benefits\nAnd yes... a great compensation package and performance bonus opportunities, benefits you'd expect and maybe a few that would pleasantly surprise you (like tuition reimbursement)\n\nVisit https://mybenefits.ttec.com/ for more information.\nAbout TTEC\nOur business is about making customers happy.
